We only ship to United States. We ship via USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, FedEx Ground or FedEx SmartPost™.
Please provide a street address as UPS and FedEx will not deliver to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address.

Delivery Time
We process all orders within 3-5 business days excluding holidays and weekends.
Delivery: Most of Putuo Decor’s in-stock products are shipped from the US and will be delivered in 5-7 business days. Some would be sent directly from our factories in China and it will take 6-18 business days
1. If tariffs arise in the recipient's country, but the tariffs will be paid by the buyer.
2. Due to the buyer's delay in delivery or modify the address resulting from the cost of the buyer will bear this part of the cost.
3. Due to buyers for their own reasons halfway to cancel the order, or the goods returned, this part of the cost borne by the buyer.

Normally, the local shipper deliveries package on workday( Mon. - Fri.), to ensure safe delivery of your parcel, so it is best for you to choose an address where you can receive package on workday as shipping address.
